Characters Techniques:

Aoiromaru - Increasing the density of his ki to a two one of these three specified areas of the body; (Chest, Mouth, or Finger) Saikou is able to produce a beam of blue energy that bursts out at an incredible speed and produces massive damage. The damage is equal to 20% of Saikou's total energy.

Shiro-setuppu - By increasing the affects of bukujutsu to the ball of his feet, Saikou is able to move at incredible speeds that surpass even that of After image. While no image is left behind, the strategic power of this move allows for a monopoly of presence in the battle as well as evasion from attacks that would normally wreck havoc on those unable to dodge them. (Can only dodge attacks that are dodgeable)
Restriction: Can only be used twice a battle.

Bukujutsu - The basic ability of universe of dragon ball z, whereby the user focuses ki to a specific are of the body, be it the feet, back or frontside enabling them to propel in a direction of their choice.

Characters story: Saikou was born on an outlying colony that was built during the age of freiza's reign over the saiyan empire. They felt as though great pains would inflict their way of living and teachings. So they fled the planet in hopes of over coming this great evil in the universe. Among these saiyan colonists were the parents of one child who regreted the choice his parents made for him.

As the years went on, Saikou evolved into an acceptional fighter. His power even surpassed some of the elders who founded his colony. But with his power brought him to an overly cocky state of mind. His people warned him that with great power came greater responsibility. This only infuriated Saikou as he felt that only the weak would put limits on the power he sought. So as many years passed, his irritation eventually got the best of him as an explosion of rage over took him. He slaughtered his elders and along with them the entire inhabitants of the colony. He couldn't believe that these people would fight him one after the other, just because of their dedication to these old farts. In time this concept of loyalty to this way of thinking would drive him mildly insane. Though he wasn't about to let their dedication to responsibility control his life. So after the slaughter of his colony... Saikou embarked on a journey to rejoin the saiyan race and rise through the ranks which his massive power.
